La Redoute has been well known for its catalog and retail distribution model. Its transformation to an e-commerce player required years of transformation. The last five years, from 2015 to 2020, were challenging in creating a web digital platform up to the customers expectations. However, the evolving landscape and ecosystem is pushing for new interactions such as mobile application. But how to evolve a QA strategy enabling daily delivering with 7000+ Tests to an App-first? What can be reused, what is no longer valid? In this talk, we will share our journey of pivoting our QA strategy to the mobile application.
